  • We provide free shipping all over the world. If you want to receive the package within a week, you may need expedited express delivery, which will cost about 20 US dollars. It depends on your address. Please contact us at support@felbag.com for details.

Tracking

  • The tracking number of your parcel will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.
  • Generally, there will be logistics updates 1-3 days after the package is sent. We will send it to you by email. At the same time, we will update the tracking number inquiry area on our website. So You can track your items on the carrier's official website 1-3 days. Or check the package status on our website.

The Duties and Taxes

  • Customer will be responsible for settling all charges including import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Please check with your local customs for details and estimated costs as the duties and taxes vary from country to country.
  • Felbag don't charge any taxes.

Preparation time for other special products

Some customized bags ,handmade bags may take 3-5 days to prepare. Other products are in stock. Handmade bags are sometimes in stock and will be explained in detail on the page. 

So the preparation time for special products is subject to the product details page.

1.Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

RETURN POLICY

Felbag look forward to giving all customers a perfect shopping experience, but sometimes may be dissatisfied. Please contact us in time and we will do everything possible to deal with it. 

No matter what the problem is, please contact our customer service first and we will definitely give you a satisfactory solution. 

Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@felbag.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately to send us a photo and we will give you a free return label to return or exchange it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
-The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will send this new package immediately and refund your previous order after receiving your returned package. 

-If you don’t want to place a new order to make it faster, it doesn’t matter. You just need to print out the free return label and send the package we communicated back to us. After we receive your return package, we will send you a new one immediately.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method[Paypal] in 3 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
